This delicious treat is a no bake, vegan friendly and gluten free treat for your mid afternoon slump where you want something naughty but its healthy.
RECIPE:
🌱 1 can of chickpeas (drained)
🌱 4 medjool coconut dates
🌱 1/3 cup of crunchy peanut butter
🌱 4 tablespoons of Miss Health caramel slice plant protein
🌱 3 tablespoons of rice malt syrup
🌱 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
🌱 Splash of almond milk
🌱 Chocolate chips 60g
Garnish:
Vegan chocolate melted on top
Place all the ingredients in a mixer and process until smooth. Lay it out on a tray and smooth with the back of a spoon
Top with melted chocolate 🍫 and put in the fridge to set 🙌
